The Big Island Connection
Aloha,
I've had a love affair with Hawaii since I was a child growing up in Kansas City. Silly as it seems, I got hooked on the "C&H Sugar" commercials - Hawaii was an exotic, far away dream world! When I rached adulthood - barely - I made my first trip to Hawaii. I visited Honolulu on Oahu - I had a hotel reservation for a week, a return ticket home and a two hundred dollars in my pocket. During my week vacation, I found a job and a place to live - Aina Hina - and wound up staying for almost two years. Then I was really hooked! I returned to the mainland - reluctantly - but did manage to vacation in the islands regularly for many years. During this time, I also got hooked on real estate - I was first licensed in California in 1986. Eventually, I moved to Maui and lived just north of Lahaina before moving to Princeville on the island of Kauai. I have also lived in Poipu on Kauai. I settled on the Big Island in 1998 and joined Coldwell Banker Aloha Properties that same year.
I joined Coldwell Banker MARYL Realty in 2007. I feel very fortunate because this gives me the opportunity to work with some of the best minds in the business every day. We have two offices, one in Kailua-Kona and one at The Shops at Mauna Lani. I work primarily out of the Mauna Lani office and while I have helped clients with their property needs all over the Big Island, my greatest familiarity is with the four Kohala and Kona districts. I would consider it a privilege if you would allow me to assist you with your property needs!
Mahalo Nui,
Bob
